Can I edit or add to my order once paid and confirmed?

No, you must call or send an email to the branch as soon as you can.

Is there a minimum value for online orders?

No. you can order for any amount.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, Of course. Just give a call to the nearest branch (09.30 am-07:30 pm), and we will be able to place a Home Delivery or Click & Collect order for you.

How long will it take?

If you have provided your mobile number, we will send you a free SMS or Email to notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Can I collect from any sambal branches?

Yes, but you must select the nearest branch prior to placing the order.

Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order?

Yes, so long as that person has your name and order number.

How do I add a discount code or voucher code to my order?

At stage two of the checkout process,

View Cart Page: you can type the voucher code you have into the grey voucher input box on the left-hand side of the page and click apply coupon.

Payment Page: Click the yellow “Have a coupon?” bar then type the voucher code you have into the voucher input box and click “Apply Coupon”

Can I order without registering and checkout as a guest?

Yes, You can

Will I get confirmation of my order?

You will, by email or text as soon as your order is ready to collect.

How do I cancel my order?

Just call the specific shop that you have made the order as soon as you can so they will be able to help you. If you are unable to contact them send them an email (check the about us page for the contact number and email address)

From 0 miles to 7miles radius from each shop, enter your address and postcode to check.

What is the minimum order for Home Delivery?

From £4.95 onwards

How much is for Delivery?

5.1miles – 7 miles: £8.95

3.1 miles – 5miles: £6.95

0.0miles – 3miles: £4.95

Can I select a specific time slot for my delivery time?

Time slots vary from each branch; please check during the check out for the available slot.

If the time slots are not convenient, then please call our branch to organise a special delivery, and the price may vary from above

How will my food arrive?

Chilled Food will be delivered chilled and others as ambient temperature

Do I need to be in to receive the delivery?

Yes. As this been delivered chilled, so we prefer someone to receive for safekeeping.

Can you deliver beyond 7 miles?

Yes, we can, please call the branch and speak to the member of staff to arrange the delivery.

How do I change my delivery date or address?

Just give a call to the branch you purchased. We will need at least 24 hours’ notice.

If an item is missing or damaged, can I get a refund?

Just give a call to the branch you purchased, and they will be able to help.

Do you deliver every day?
