Very Poor Service – No Refund After Cancelled Order
I ordered from Sambal Express in New Malden through Just Eat, and I accidentally cancelled the order shortly after placing it. I contacted them right away, but they refused to refund me, even though no food was delivered.
I received no help from the restaurant and no understanding of the situation. It’s extremely disappointing that they were happy to take the money without providing anything.
This kind of service is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Sambal Express again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for fair or honest service.

Last week I ordered string hoppers 25 via uber eats and I received very dry, horrible ones. Called the stores to complain & the manager was vety rude and didnt refund. Very dissapointed service
